Accountingthat balances

Bookkeeping and tax accounting for five countries in one account. The business owner sees income and expenses, the accountant sees postings and the trial balance. The data is the same, and double entry runs from day one.

Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia

Built for the accounting of a growing company

1,000,000postings per year per organization
5countries, each with its own tax rule profile
6languages for the interface, print forms and notifications
1 hourtarget backup RPO, RTO up to 4 hours

Not a set of forms. An accounting core

Operation entry, taxes, payroll, inventory and reporting rely on one ledger. That is why the balance sheet builds itself instead of being recalculated by hand at quarter end.

All features

Your first report from a bank statement

You do not need to set up a chart of accounts or learn postings to see your money. Start with last month’s bank statement.

  1. 01

    Upload a statement

A file from your online banking in 1C, CSV or MT940 format for any past period.

  2. 02

    Check the allocation

The system picks categories and creates counterparties from bank details. Every correction becomes a rule.

  3. 03

    Get the report

Cash flow, income and expenses, and tax under your regime are visible right after upload.

  4. 04

    Keep growing

Add an accountant, documents, inventory and payroll. Full mode opens without moving data.

The product boundary is stated explicitly

The product calculates, stores and prepares files. You or your operator sign and file reports with tax authorities and funds: responsibility for filed reports stays with the organization.

Included in the product

  • Ledger, postings, the country’s chart of accounts
  • Calculation of taxes, contributions and payroll
  • Source documents and print forms
  • Tax returns and financial statements validated against the schema
  • Exchange with ESF, faktura.uz, eBarimt, EGAIS and EDI
  • Export for the accountant, 1C and A3.Finance

Stays with you

  • Signing and filing tax returns with tax authorities
  • Filing payroll reports with social funds
  • Printing the fiscal receipt: the cash register or operator does it
  • Management budgets and forecasts: they are in A3.Finance
  • HR records management: it is in A3.HR

Government systems of five countries

Each country has its own systems for e-invoices, fiscalization and product marking. A3.Accounting connects to them from the same document you posted in the books.

Books that cannot be rewritten

The financial perimeter is protected not by warnings in the interface but by the design of the model: what can and cannot be done with an operation that is already posted.

  • A posted operation is immutable, a correction is only a reversal with a reason
  • The right to enter is separate from the right to post, amounts above a threshold need a second approval
  • A closed period accepts no backdated changes
  • Anomaly report: share of reversals, backdated operations, amounts just under the threshold
  • The bank requirements assistant warns before an account is blocked
  • The official and internal perimeters never mix in any report
  • Immutable audit log: posting, reversal, period close, permissions, export

Five countries, a profile instead of constants

The chart of accounts, typical operations, tax regimes, depreciation rates and payroll contributions ship as a country profile. Each legal entity has its own profile, so companies in different countries are kept in one account.

Jurisdictions and data residency
  • Kazakhstan
  • Russia
  • Kyrgyzstan
  • Uzbekistan
  • Mongolia

Moving from 1C without transferring all history

Opening balances on the start date are enough. Current year postings and reference data are transferred from an export, and data goes back to 1C in a format it reads.

  • Postings

Transfer with account mapping and a preview that flags the system’s guesses.

  • Reference data

Counterparties, items and stock balances from export files.

  • Two-way exchange

Reports and postings in 1C format, one API for external accounting systems.

Works together with A3 products

The books are the data source for the ecosystem. A3.Finance receives data through the same API as 1C: our own products have no privileged channel.

Start on the free plan

Simple mode, one legal entity, two users and up to 100 postings a month at no cost. Full mode, payroll, inventory and several companies are on paid plans.
