Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate program for ESF?

No. The e-invoice is built from a posted sale and sent from the document record, and the status returns there too.

Where is the signing key stored?

When signing through A3.CA, the key stays on the user’s device. Automatic exchanges use a server key that is stored encrypted.
