Jurisdictions
Working in several countries is more than translating the interface. It affects tax rules, government systems, identifiers, calendars, currencies and data storage.
Five countries in the product
Each country has its own profile: chart of accounts, typical operations, tax regimes, payroll contributions and exchange with government systems.

Country profile
Everything that differs between countries is moved into a set of rules applied to a legal entity by its country. If a rule is missing, the system refuses with a clear message instead of calculating zero.
- Tax regimes, rates and limits, including VAT rules
- Chart of accounts and posting rules for typical operations
- Depreciation rates, with the method set by accounting policy
- Payroll taxes, contributions and deductions
- Share capital and dividend payment requirements
- Base rates with value history and the working calendar
Personal data storage
The storage region is an attribute of the organization: it is set at creation in A3.ID and does not change without an explicit procedure. The organization’s data and files do not leave the selected country.
| Country | Localization requirement |
|---|---|
| Kazakhstan | Storage within the country |
| Russia | Initial collection and storage of citizens’ data in databases within the country |
| Uzbekistan | Processing of citizens’ data using databases within the country |
| Kyrgyzstan | Cross-border transfer is governed by the personal data law |
| Mongolia | The personal data protection law restricts cross-border transfer |
Party identifiers
An identifier is not a fixed-format field but a set of country, type and value. A counterparty or employee can have several, including from different countries.
| Country | Individuals | Legal entities |
|---|---|---|
| Kazakhstan | IIN | BIN |
| Russia | INN, SNILS | INN, OGRN |
| Kyrgyzstan | PIN, INN | INN |
| Uzbekistan | PINFL, INN | INN |
| Mongolia | Registration number | Registration number |
Languages and scripts
Six languages: Russian, English, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek and Mongolian. The interface language is a user setting and is not derived from the organization’s country.
- Interface, print forms, notifications and API description in all six languages
- Search finds a counterparty typed in Cyrillic by Latin input and vice versa
- String comparison and sorting follow the rules of the language
- Date, number and separator formats are set by the language
Time, currencies and calendars
- The time zone is an attribute of the user and the legal entity, not of the country: Russia has eleven
- The working calendar is kept separately for each country
- Amounts are stored with their currency, without conversion to a single one
- Field precision is designed for amounts in soums and tugriks
- The rate on the operation date comes from the national bank publication
Tax calculations in the product are for reference, and information on legal requirements is given as guidance, not as a legal opinion. Any calculation can be adjusted manually while keeping the original value.
Start with a bank statement
Upload last month’s statement and see your cash flow before setting anything up. If you need to move from 1C or work in several countries, we will show it on your data.
