Typical operations
A typical operation is a clear name, a set of fields and a posting rule. The catalog has 12 sections and 48 subsections, and search understands plain words, so “paid the rent” is found without knowing the account number.
Plan 42 simple mode operations on all plans, the full catalog from the “Accounting” plan. What is inside
- 140 operations in 12 sections: money, settlements, inventory, property, payroll, taxes, equity
- 42 operations are available in simple mode without knowing the chart of accounts
- Amount calculation methods: share, markup, remainder
- Scenarios of several operations for recurring chains
- Search by plain words, not by account numbers
- Posting rules for each country in its profile
Limits
If the country profile has no rule for an operation, the system refuses with a clear message instead of posting zeros. The missing rule is added to the profile.
Frequently asked questions
Can I create my own typical operation?
Yes, with the configuration permission. Your own operation defines fields and a posting rule just like the standard ones.
What if an operation is not in the catalog?
In full mode the accountant enters a posting by hand. If such an operation recurs, it is worth turning it into a template.
