Data that already consists of postings
Opening balances, posting transfer with account mapping and reconciliation by checksums.
Situation
A 1C export consists of postings. A cash-based program could not accept them, so the move would be impossible. Double entry in the core makes it a working scenario.
How it works
- 01Enter opening balances on the start date across 11 sections
- 02Upload current year postings with account mapping
- 03Check the preview: the system flags where a mapping was guessed
- 04Import counterparties, items and stock balances
Result
Accounting continues from the start date without transferring all history. A repeated upload creates no duplicates, and turnover is reconciled by period checksums.
