Commission trade and tolling
Both sides of the deal: principal and commission agent, tolling customer and processor, reports and the intermediary log.
Situation
The company sells someone else’s goods or sends raw materials for processing. The goods do not belong to whoever holds them, and the books must tell the difference.
How it works
- 01Transfer goods for commission sale or processing with a separate document
- 02Accept the commission agent’s or processor’s report
- 03Record the fee and returns
- 04Keep the intermediary log for VAT
Result
Someone else’s goods do not mix with your own, and the fee and VAT are calculated correctly for both sides of the deal.
